Commercial Property Developers

Marlin Land is a developer, owner and manager of commercial property in the United Kingdom. For two decades Marlin Land have achieved a strong record in delivering high quality development. The company's capabilities span a broad array of development, from high bay distribution facilities and trade park developments to small office parks and out of town retail schemes.

Our core business is purpose built development, and Joint Ventures with institutions and landowners. We have a clear vision for the future combined with a good history of development, important factors in an ever changing market.

We do not offer a property investment fund, but we are always interested to discuss investment opportunities with private and institutional investors who may be interested in providing development funding for specific proposed schemes. These are all largely pre-let and risk averse and commensurate with investment objectives.

Our key design goals for development are:

  • Providing increased occupant and visitor satisfaction and well-being
  • Landscaping areas with low maintenance native planting.
  • Increasing water efficiency of the buildings
  • Permeable hard standing where possible and soak-away storm water storage and discharge
  • Building design to reduce energy consumption including photovoltaics, biomass heating, heat pumps and energy efficient glazing
  • Building materials from sustainable sources.
