Marlin Land is a developer, owner and manager of commercial property in the United Kingdom. For two decades Marlin Land have achieved a strong record in delivering high quality development. We do not offer a property investment fund, but we are always interested to discuss investment opportunities with private and institutional investors who may be interested in providing development funding for specific proposed schemes. These are all largely pre-let and risk averse and commensurate with investment objectives.
